New Business Coordinator / Paraplanner

Tiell Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator and Paraplanner.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the growth and success of our financial planning services.
Responsibilities:
1.
New Account Creation and Follow-Up:
Efficiently manage the creation and processing of new client accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on account-related tasks, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Work with different departments to ensure completion of account transfers and investments.
2.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with financial advisors by sitting in on client appointments.
Provide support during meetings, take notes and complete/distribute follow-up tasks.
3.
Office Duties:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Administrative support.
Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
